Hello my name is Clare Millar , I live in Warrington with my husband and three children , William 9, Sophie 7 and Harry aged 1.

I am passionate about supporting families. As a mum myself I can relate and empathise with the daily juggling act that motherhood brings. I would like to share my information, knowledge and experience to support mums to feel calm, confident and empowered in building relationships with their children and caring for themselves.

I have 10 years experience providing Early Help support to families in Warrington and I am excited to continue with this using the CalmFamily approach.
